A launchpad for the people who find the people
The first market for shortening a creator's path to a sustainable audience. One paying subscriber has already vouched for the path. Now we measure whether a network can find the next cohort without pretending the future is already earned.
Participants choose a notional amount and a chain preference. The lock period is visible. The settlement formula is not hidden behind a cartoon rocket. This first surface records intent; it does not accept money or create a security.
Course revenue depends on price and seats. The market should not confuse a $100K launch with the subscriber MRR curve; one is a launch event, the other is recurring audience evidence.
| Average course price | Seats for $100K | Subscriber baseline | Market reading |
|---|---|---|---|
| $500 | 200 | 100 subscribers = $4,200 MRR | volume test |
| $1,000 | 100 | 100 subscribers = $50,400 ARR | clean parity |
| $2,500 | 40 | linear first-year ≈ $25,200 | depth test |
| $5,000 | 20 | time compression matters | high-touch test |
THE NARRATIVE
Early readers are not a vanity metric. They are evidence about which people recognize the work, which framing converts, and what makes a reader stay. The market is useful only if it improves those observations.
Find a reader archetype, a community, a connection, or a message that the Guide would otherwise miss.
Turn the hypothesis into a consequence-bearing experiment. A theory earns weight by changing the observable path.
At cohort 1's end, freeze the evidence. Later growth belongs to a later market. The past should not acquire infinite obligations.

THE RECEIPT
Boundary: this prototype does not accept funds, issue tokens, custody assets, promise returns, or create a revenue claim. A tradable instrument tied to subscriber growth and the efforts of others may be a security or another regulated product. Real purchases require a reviewed legal structure, eligibility and disclosure rules, custody/chain operations, tax treatment, and an explicit settlement oracle. The lock-intent form stores only a local browser receipt.
